Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SparkTxt's SMS API service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

Description of Service

SparkTxt provides a simple SMS API that allows developers to send text messages programmatically. The Service is provided on a credit-based system where you purchase credits to send messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
  • Send messages that are harassing, threatening, or abusive
  • Send messages that violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or send fraudulent messages
  • Send messages to numbers without proper consent from recipients
  • Use the Service to conduct phishing or other deceptive practices
  • Violate TCPA, CTIA guidelines, or other telecommunications regulations

Credits and Payments

Credits purchased through SparkTxt do not expire. Each sent message deducts one credit from your account. Refunds are available for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on carrier networks outside our control. We are not liable for failed or delayed message delivery.

API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly or commit them to version control. We recommend regenerating keys if you suspect they have been compromised.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

SparkTxt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
